| Fumigation Fumigation is an essential component of control in some crops. Particularly, potato growers will benefit from this practice which aims to eliminate problems caused by nematodes and verticillium in the soil. T H runs two rigs each fall in the central Wisconsin area, both equipped with GPS guidance and auto-steer. We use 12" sweeps on 12" centers, leaving no ground untouched, and use a GPS measuring system prior to entering the field to determine acreage precisely. Our certified, licensed, and experienced applicators fumigate roughly 5,000 acres each year. |
